Prix Ars Electronica 2002: Distinction / Net Excellence

Minitasking is the visual implementation of the computer relationships of the Gnutella Network, a famous peer-topeer protocol for reciprocal file access. Minitasking displays the features of dynamic and temporary networks visually, and so makes their instability and data transmission transparent. This program is essentially concerned with how computers work, with data processing and their visualization for applications in collective and dynamic environments.
