Biography

Born 1962 and bred in the Zurich Oberland. After leaving highschool in Zurich he studied industrial informatics at the local university. His interest in computer graphics is roused both by his own film activities (Super 8) and the Picture Maker offered at the university; since writing a paper about "text animation", Michel Hafner has been continuously engaged in computer graphics and has now developed his own graphics software.

The three works were realized on an IBM PC AT03, a Picture Maker frame buffer, a Color Image Recorder and a custom-made software based on the fractals theory.
