This film deals with a pedophile crime.The story is based on Grimm’s “Little Red Riding Hood”. Using this fairy tale has made it easier to treat the purpose of the film.The tale includes the principal message of the film, which warns children about the dangers that may threaten them.

We chose to take a humorous approach first. But then, the atmosphere gradually becomes very worrying. The film ends very tragically.We decided to adopt a child-like aesthetic, similar to children’s books or to puppet shows.This choice reinforces the difference between the first part of the film (animation) and the end (video).
Au Loup! is a graduation film. It is a 3D computer animation and video film.The scenario and the storyboard were written during the first year of study, and the film was made during the second year.This animation film is made with 3DSmax and After Effects software.We worked for five months on the design first and the rendering, and then four months on production (animation, rendering, shooting, compositing and editing (sound and image).
