Sirikit Amann on the u19 jury
Sirikit Amann (A) has been on the u19 jury since the very beginning. For her the u19 projects are establishing themselves as a specific art form with its own language and esthetics. Sirikit Amann (A) is one of the "mothers" of the category cybergeneration u19 of Prix Ars Electronica – the competition for young people under 19 in Austria. She sees a growing trend towards higher quality and a balance between fun and technical achievement – and more content. Sirikit Amann works for the Austrian Culture Service, a non-profit organization which tries to foster the interest for art and culture in schools. Since 1991 she is responsible for the "New Media" department. ![]() | ![]() |
