Now it’s simpler than ever for media outlet representatives to get press credentials for this year’s Ars Electronica Festival (September 1-6, 2005; theme: "Hybrid – living in paradox").
The online accreditation process has been redesigned and streamlined to better serve the ladies and gentlemen of the press who will be reporting from the 2005 Ars Electronica Festival. Once the simple, user-friendly accreditation form has been filled out online, the applicant immediately receives a submission confirmation from festival headquarters in the Ars Electronica Center. This total digitization makes the processing of the request quick and easy. Once it’s completed, journalists receive an e-mail containing their personal accreditation number, which they must then present beginning September 1 at the Ars Electronica Festival Press Bureau in the Brucknerhaus, Untere Donaulände 7, 4020 Linz, to pick up their press badges.
Accreditation requests will be processed from June 21 to August 26, 2005. Please note that due to organizational constraints, press credentials cannot be issued after that final deadline.
