Press Conference: Presentation of the results of the 2004 Prix Ars Electronica
International Competition for CyberArts
2004 marks another new highpoint in the Prix Ars Electronica’s 18-year history. With a record 3,400+ submissions, two new categories and total prize money of 130,000 euros, the Prix Ars Electronica has once again shown why it’s the most important, highest endowed and most successful international showcase of the best of digital media art.
The organizers of the Prix Ars Electronica, Gerfried Stocker of the Ars Electronica Center and Dr. Christine Schöpf of the Austrian Broadcasting Company’s Upper Austria Regional Studio, will present the results of the 2004 Prix Ars Electronica.
