Aquatocene / subaquatic quest for serenity

Robertina Šebjanič (SI)

Aquatocene investigates the phenomenon of underwater noise pollution created by humankind in the seas and oceans’.

Compositions made by artist are result of a number of recordings using hydrophones in different locations around the globe in last 5 years, to encourage us to reflect on ‘the anthropogenic sonic impact on the underwater habitat and marine life’.
