It sounds like you really believe this. I don't believe it, but I've known it since the age of
twelve. Anyone can see the effects of dualism after each and every war. Likewise, if people conduct
warfare by means of information, they first have to separate information into "good" information and
"bad" information.
Ending information war will require replacing the schizoid meme that information comes in either
"good" or "bad" flavors, with the understanding that information has varying degrees of power and
value depending on its veracity and utility, not on its ideological bent.
