Well, it is certainly "true" for art. A "visiting student" at a workshop I once gave told me that my "procedural" concepts of art were quite old-fashioned. She had been to a workshop (in an Israelian museum) and had "learned" that "things became art by being exhibited in a museum". Unfortunately, the museums are now so poor they cannot work without sponsors -so I guess " "Art" is what you can get sponsored ". I hope your still not thinking that "Artists" made "Art"!
