an article about an evolutionary scientist, who was declared a monster by 
media, but in fact the article tells, it is his necessary and normal work to 
produce these mutations. nothing special about that. all the happy frogs in 
the laboratories have chips under their skin - underskin dog tags are used in 
the USA now.
for development biology these experiments done since 1937 Hans spemann got a 
Nobel Price for doing bondage on eggs of another species of amphibia, are 
normal, the article says.
so the scientists does indeed an artistic job if you take Kant seriously, 
because what he does has no functional purpose, but he will take no 
responsibility for the headless mutations he created except killing them.
