Digital Cubes
2002
Simon Schießl (DE)
A set of electronic cubes as an aesthetic-intelligent plaything
—when two cubes are placed side by side, light patterns
visualize the data flow of their information exchange.
Each cube contains four terms (one per contact surface).
Depending upon which vertical sides touch, their orientation
and number, combinations of the following word groups are
displayed: evil/good, smart/dumb, happy/sad, bored/excited,
big/small, plenty/nothing, now/never, yesterday/tomorrow.
