Harald Haraldsson (IS)
Harald Haraldsson is a New York-based visual artist and computer engineer with output ranging from interactive installations to television commercials and music videos. A native of Iceland, Haraldsson holds a master’s degree in engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology with focus on computer vision. Haraldsson’s projects have been awarded the The Icelandic Advertising Awards, nominated for the Icelandic Music Awards, and exhibited at galleries and museums such as CMoDA in Beijing.

Markus Schmeiduch (AT)
Markus Schmeiduch is an interaction designer and maker of digital products and services. He worked many years at the Vienna based agency Knallgrau before studying at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design. His focus is on people-centered design for mobility solutions at the intersection with emerging technologies. He co-founded and was the interface designer and product manager of Flying, an iPhone app for frequent flyers. Besides BlindMaps.org, he is working on Orbitalism, an experience design project around human space flight.

Afroditi Psarra (GR)
Afroditi Psarra is a multidisciplinary artist and a PhD candidate at Complutense University of Madrid, in the field of Image, Technology and Design. Her work explores the boundaries between traditional handicrafts, pop culture and science fiction. Her artworks include a wide variety of media, from electronic embroideries and wearables to interactive installations and sound performances. She has presented her work in numerous media art festivals and she has worked as an intern at Disney Research in Zurich.

Yvonne Loremia (PH)
Yvonne Loremia holds a BSc Degree in Hospitality Management at Cebu Technological University. Her work as an insurance agent taught her a lot about the need for security, protection and safety. Together with her husband Kristoffer Loremia, a graduate of Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and Masters of Science degree in Industrial Technology, she decided to create Tudlo App to reach out to more people in need of guidance for disaster and emergency preparedness and awareness. Amongst other prizes Tudlo is Winner of the ITU Telecom World Young Innovators Competition 2013 and Ericsson Mobile Finalist 2014.

Cécile Lapoire (FR)
Cecile Lapoire is a researcher in experimental particle physics at CERN, Geneva, working on the ATLAS experiment. She was focusing on data analysis during her PhD and now she is doing a postdoc on the hardware aspect of the same experiment: working on the commissioning of a new layer of detector and working on its commissioning before operating it in 2015.
