the upcoming change in european patent law, new biopatent law concerning the 
patenting of life plants and animals. before that there were difficulties 
plants and animals could not be patented until now because and that is very 
interesting:
there was no guarantee that this living things could reproduced in big 
numbers and always in the same forms and what is also important that the new 
plant or animal shows signs of a completely new creation . these are the 
regulations for becoming an object that may be patented
