Interactivity and emotion: A contemporary diptych composed of two photographic 3D models. The appearance and orientation of these can be changed by the user in real-time through a touch screen interface. Hinged screens allow the models to be turned to face one another and react to new expressions. A project which reassesses the tradition of portraiture as static form.
Realized within the Ars Electronica Futurelab artist in residence programme, made possible by Pépinières européennes pour jeunes artistes 2003.
