Articulated Paint
"Articulated Paint" is an electronic musical instrument that makes it possible to experience the physicality of musical expression.
Classic artistic tools-a paintbrush and a canvas-are placed at the user’s disposal to enable him/her to configure via brushstrokes a selected piece of music’s expressive qualities such as tempo, dynamics and emphasis. What the user experiences is that physicality and musical expression are interdependent.
