Flugstunden
The title track, Flugstunden, is a multi-layered synth piece by Sam Aulinger that features metallic motor and propeller sounds and manages, regardless, to convey a sense of spiritual beauty; it never sounds harsh.
Like a soundtrack for a film where the music blends with the sounds on screen, the different elements within Flugstunden advance and recede from the background many times during the 41 minutes of the composition.
