Auf der Future Innovators Stage – kurz FIS Stage – in der POSTCITY werden innovative Projekte und Ideen präsentiert, die bereits in Umsetzung sind. So stellt sich etwa vor Ort der FEAT-Workshop vor, dessen Ziel es ist, die wissenschaftlichen Projekte des EU Zukunftstechnologien-Programms FET mit Kunst zu injizieren. Aus FET (Future and Emerging Technologies) wird FEAT—Future Emerging Art & Technology. In Kooperation mit Knowledge Capital (JP) findet eine neue Form einer Konferenz, die Kotatsu Conference statt – Kotatsu sind japanische beheizbare Tische. Auch New Tendencies, das neue Buch von Armin Medosch (AT) und MIT Press (US), wird der Öffentlichkeit vorgestellt. Das englischsprachige Buch beschäftigt sich mit der Geschichte der Neuen Tendenzen, einer internationalen Kunstbewegung, die 1961 im blockfreien Jugoslawien entstand.
